Jeong Sim
Jeong Sim is Professor of Poultry Technology in the Department of Agricultural, Food and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Alberta. He has been Professor of Animal Product Technology Chair since 1995 as well as President and CEO of Ovo-biotechnica Inc and Designer Food Concept Inc. Sim created the Canadian Designer Egg, an egg enriched with omega-3 fatty acids, which may help prevent brain and heart disease. Among other distinctions, Sim is an Honorary Senior Scientist to the Korean Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Rural Development Administration, Suwon, Korea.People
