William Grace
William D. Grace, 1956 BA, was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta in 1999. A former senior executive and chief financial officer at a number of major Alberta corporations including Chieftain Development Co, R. Angus (Alberta) Ltd, and Canadian Utilities Ltd, he retired as managing partner of the Edmonton office of Price Waterhouse in 1994. A former president of the Edmonton Opera Association, he has served as vice-chair of the Capital Health Authority and of the University of Alberta's Board of Governors.Grace is a 2000 recipient of the University of Alberta Alumni Association's Award of Excellence.
