University of Alberta Sports Wall of Fame Scholarship Winners
First held in 1987, the Sports Wall of Fame Dinner is an annual event intended to recognize and celebrate University and community sporting excellence and tradition and to bridge past, present, and future contributions within the University and Edmonton sporting community. One of the goals of the Sports Wall of Fame Dinner is to raise funds to support scholarship programs and provide student athletes with the opportunity to pursue both their academic and athletic aspirations at the University of Alberta.
